目前(qian)透明(ming)聚(ju)丙烯是非晶材料(liao),其对较高温度(du)的(de)(de)稳(wen)定(ding)性很大(da),易蠕变,造(zao)成(cheng)制件结(jie)构的(de)(de)不(bu)稳(wen)定(ding)。同时这一类材料(liao)的(de)(de)耐老化性能(neng)较差,容易发生颜色(se)变化,其制品(pin)(pin)透光(guang)性差,外(wai)观缺乏美感,影响(xiang)视觉效果,目前(qian),透明(ming)要(yao)求的(de)(de)薄膜、片材、塑(su)(su)杯(bei)、微(wei)波炉(lu)及(ji)(ji)其他的(de)(de)注(zhu)塑(su)(su)制品(pin)(pin)应(ying)用(yong)越(yue)来(lai)越(yue)广泛(fan)。COC/COP由(you)于茂(mao)金属催化剂是单活性中心,在共(gong)聚(ju)合反应(ying)中能(neng)生成(cheng)相对分(fen)子(zi)(zi)量(liang)分(fen)布窄、组(zu)成(cheng)分(fen)布均匀的(de)(de)环烯烃(ting)共(gong)聚(ju)物。由(you)于具有大(da)体积的(de)(de)脂肪族环状(zhuang)构造(zao),分(fen)子(zi)(zi)运动(dong)受到阻(zu)碍而成(cheng)为非晶性。COC的(de)(de)两个单体(乙烯和降冰片烯)中可(ke)(ke)以通(tong)过(guo)调(diao)(diao)节环烯烃(ting)的(de)(de)比例来(lai)调(diao)(diao)节玻璃化转变温度(du)Tg,Tg随(sui)着环烯烃(ting)含量(liang)的(de)(de)增加而提高, Tg可(ke)(ke)在37℃~194℃范围内调(diao)(diao)控(kong)。另外(wai),环状(zhuang)构造(zao)与分(fen)子(zi)(zi)键成(cheng)垂直排列,偏极异方性较小,因(yin)此产生低(di)复折射(she)的(de)(de)效果。COC/COP完全由(you)碳、氢原(yuan)子(zi)(zi)所组(zu)成(cheng),也(ye)不(bu)具有任何(he)极性官能(neng)基,因(yin)此呈现(xian)低(di)吸(xi)水性。低(di)复折射(she)及(ji)(ji)高度(du)的(de)(de)尺寸精确性,适用(yong)于光(guang)学(xue)材料(liao),其优良的(de)(de)防湿性与耐药(yao)(yao)品(pin)(pin)性,可(ke)(ke)以适用(yong)于药(yao)(yao)品(pin)(pin)的(de)(de)包装材料(liao)或生理检(jian)验用(yong)容器。

COP/COC材料应用领域与聚丙烯和聚乙烯相比,COP/COC这种主要用于要求玻璃般清晰产品,如作为优异的光学膜,用于手机、电脑、液晶电视等领域,COP/COC COP具有高透明、不易碎、灭菌适应性(EO、γ射线、蒸汽灭菌)、化学稳定性优良、耐酸碱、较低的蛋白质吸附性,适合用于疫苗、生物制剂包装的西林瓶、预灌封注射器等医用包装,目前,我国已经成为疫苗生产国,在医药市场规模不断扩大的大背景下,生物制剂市场也在持续增长预灌封注射器逐步取代传统型玻璃安额、西林瓶、普通注射器,未来几年COP/COC材料预灌封注射器将逐步取代传统型玻璃安甑、西林瓶、普通注射器,COP/COC消耗量大、未来市场广阔。
