高温高压电化学静态腐蚀反应釜,适用于(yu),高(gao)温(wen)高(gao)压,电化(hua)(hua)(hua)学,动态(tai)或静态(tai)的(de)反(fan)应体系(xi)中,对试样的(de)腐蚀测(ce)试,多用于(yu)金属、橡(xiang)胶、和新型的(de)材(cai)料体系(xi)。由高(gao)温(wen)高(gao)压反(fan)应釜、电化(hua)(hua)(hua)学工作站、三电极及(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)统组成(cheng),在实(shi)验过程中,有实(shi)验会加入光化(hua)(hua)(hua)化(hua)(hua)(hua)进(jin)行(xing)综合(he)测(ce)试。
三电极为:工作电极、参比电极及对电极。工作电极(Work Electrode,WE),又称为研究电极,是指所研究的反应在该电极上发生,也就是响应的物质在这个电极上发生反应。一般而言,工作电极的材料既可以是固体,又可以是液体。常用的工作电极材料有:玻碳电极、铂(Pt)、金(Au)、银(Ag)、铅(Pb)、导电玻璃(ITO)、汞(Hg)等。对电极(Counter Electrode、CE)又称为辅助电极。辅助电极和工作电极组成回路,使工作电极上电流畅通,以保证所研究的反应在工作电极上发生。
当工作电极上发生氧化或还原反(fan)应时,对电极上可以安排为气体的(de)(de)(de)析(xi)出反(fan)应,或工作电极反(fan)应的(de)(de)(de)逆反(fan)应,从而使得电解液的(de)(de)(de)组成成分不变。对电极的(de)(de)(de)性能一般不影响工作电极上的(de)(de)(de)反(fan)应。
