针状焦制备反应釜
针状(zhuang)焦具(ju)有(you)CTE低、易石(shi)墨(mo)(mo)化(hua)等(deng)(deng)特点,是生产高功率(lv)和超高功率(lv)石(shi)墨(mo)(mo)电极的(de)优选材料。在针状(zhuang)焦的(de)形(xing)成过(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),原(yuan)料油(you)需要(yao)经历中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)间(jian)(jian)相(xiang)小球(qiu)体的(de)生成、长大、融并等(deng)(deng)历程(cheng),发(fa)育为广域中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)间(jian)(jian)相(xiang),然后再(zai)在气(qi)流(liu)的(de)作(zuo)用下形(xing)成线型(xing)纹理结(jie)构,最后固化(hua)制得针状(zhuang)焦。在焦化(hua)初(chu)期,体系内(nei)(nei)部要(yao)避免(mian)出现过(guo)大的(de)扰(rao)动,以保证中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)间(jian)(jian)相(xiang)小球(qiu)体缓(huan)慢、平稳地发(fa)育,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)间(jian)(jian)相(xiang)的(de)发(fa)育程(cheng)度直接影响着针状(zhuang)焦的(de)产品(pin)性能;在“拉焦”阶段,体系内(nei)(nei)需要(yao)不(bu)断有(you)气(qi)流(liu)匀速逸(yi)出,将广域中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)间(jian)(jian)相(xiang)拉成线型(xing)结(jie)构。
针状(zhuang)焦(jiao)制备反应釜,现有技(ji)术(shu)在针状(zhuang)焦(jiao)制备过程中,需要(yao)为(wei)广域中间相的(de)形(xing)成提(ti)供(gong)一个缓和、平稳的(de)环境,避免反应体(ti)系出现过大的(de)扰动。相反,在焦(jiao)化反应中后期,又需要(yao)体(ti)系内部不断有气流匀(yun)速逸出,将广域中间相拉(la)成线型(xing)纹理结(jie)构。
针状(zhuang)(zhuang)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)不仅(jin)用(yong)于超高功(gong)率的(de)石墨电极,而(er)且(qie)也用(yong)于热结构石墨和(he)特种炭素制(zhi)品的(de)原(yuan)(yuan)材料(liao)。非延(yan)迟(chi)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化生(sheng)产(chan)(chan)针状(zhuang)(zhuang)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)的(de)方(fang)法(fa)”,将(jiang)生(sheng)产(chan)(chan)针状(zhuang)(zhuang)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)的(de)原(yuan)(yuan)料(liao)预热到未(wei)成焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)温(wen)(wen)度(du)380-440°C后,加入焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化全自动(dong)(dong)反(fan)(fan)应(ying)器(qi)中,原(yuan)(yuan)料(liao)注(zhu)入体积(ji)量为焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化全自动(dong)(dong)反(fan)(fan)应(ying)器(qi)容积(ji)的(de)1/2-3/4 ;停止进(jin)(jin)料(liao)后,关闭(bi)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化进(jin)(jin)料(liao)口,控制(zhi)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化全自动(dong)(dong)反(fan)(fan)应(ying)器(qi)温(wen)(wen)度(du)以升(sheng)温(wen)(wen)速(su)率0.5-500C/min升(sheng)温(wen)(wen)至(zhi)460-510°C,保持温(wen)(wen)度(du)不变进(jin)(jin)行焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化反(fan)(fan)应(ying)3-24小(xiao)时;焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化反(fan)(fan)应(ying)过程中控制(zhi)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化反(fan)(fan)应(ying)器(qi)内(nei)压力为0.5-3MPa。该方(fang)法(fa)没有(you)考虑不稳定中间相(xiang)(xiang)在(zai)液相(xiang)(xiang)碳化过程中温(wen)(wen)度(du)与时间的(de)关系,容易使小(xiao)球体在(zai)没有(you)得(de)到充分成长、融并前(qian)就固化成镶嵌结构,而(er)不能到针状(zhuang)(zhuang)流线纹理(li)发达的(de)针状(zhuang)(zhuang)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)。
